Working Vacation? No thanks.
Updated: Apr 20
One of the best companies I've ever worked for encouraged me to use my PTO and turn off all work communication. At that same company, the best leader I've ever worked for encouraged me to take time off quarterly and do something I enjoy.
I cannot thank them enough for making me realize the importance of prioritizing "me" time and consistently encouraging it. I always loved working there and always enjoyed coming back after a break.
Find yourself a company who values you as a person and you just might call it home.
Seriously...use your PTO
Leave behind the laptop and work cell phone. Get unplugged. Your family will thank you. Your mind and body will thank you. Your overall health and happiness depends on it.
I can help. Message me. Email me. Text me. Call me. Let's get started on your future.
